Alternative Olta circuit from Calpe
A circular walk, through the countryside from Calpe up to the campsite and then, following little used tracks, in an anti-clockwise direction, the route runs parallel to the traditional wide-track Olta circuit and returns via Calpe railway station.

Sorry my rating of 1* is wrong. I preferred to award 3*. I completed this walk, alone, on Monday 4th December,2017. Sunny clear day, though chilly. I commenced and finished at the FGV station as I travelled to Calpe by train. Lovely ascent up through forest to little Olta and onto the sunny side with incredible views of Bernia. I felt safe as there were other walkers around. You can hear the hum of traffic on the busy roads below, that just reminds you that you are not very distant from humanity. Really enjoyed it, and will definitely do it again.
