Barranc de Sequer circuit from Petracos
A dramatic walk up through a remote barranco followed by an easier return on generally good paths with wide ranging views.

Take the CV720 as it runs into the interior through Alcalali and Benchembla and at a junction beside Villa Mercedes turn R (signed Vall d’Ebo and Petracos). Continue up this road to find a large layby on the LHS which will accommodate up to 20 vehicles (shortly after one which might accommodate 4/5) Park here. |

We did this route March 24 (24) .. from La venta Del Collaro – it’s good down but Baranco back up is ‘challenging’ but despite appearances, it does get back to the start. You will need good route finding tech & insight …
You were in luck!! A group of 10 went on 21st march to clear the route through the fallen trees for your descent. Hope it was OK!
