Pinos, Marnes and Sella de Cau Circuit
A very pleasant walk in fairly level terrain, including an old mule path through a barranco, short stretches of track, and long improved goat paths among undulating hills with mountains in the background. A sharp climb to the saddle below Cau from where there is the opportunity of a short climb to its summit. Then continuing along short tracks and a long path down to the CV749 and car(s).

At some distance after having taken the LH fork at the Y junction (F) the path is blocked by a very long white wall, still under construction.
Beautiful walk in spring, flowers everywhere and in every coulour, gorgeous views and quiet paths. Full marks for this fantastic walk. The wall on the way can easily be circumvented allowing you to continue as planned.
This wall is now easily passed.
98% of the walk is on very pleasant paths, with great views, but the last 500m or so to the road is not great – the instructions do say that there’s no clear path & so follow the cairns, but I could only see 2 cairns which means you are slipping/sliding down with no real idea where you’re going.
I would highly reccomend doing this walk in reverse – it would be much easier going up this section than coming down it.
Wear long trousers – not terrible but quite scratchy in many places.
The very clear path goes to one side of the wall mentioned above, so not an issue in any way.
