This was our first walk in this area and we were very grateful to the person who published it. The walk was as written. Very clear and concise instructions and beautiful views. The timings helped greatly. Thank you very much!
How anyone could give this walk 2 stars is beyond me. Simply stunning coastal views, beautiful mountain scenery and el Mena restaurant on route for refreshments. Not too long but some steep climbs make it really worthwhile
We did this walk today – it was perfect in the early Spring sunshine. Sadly, the exit onto the seafront at the end of the walk by the white block of flats is now blocked by a 7 foot gate that we could find no way round, so we climbed over it!
We found this to we went right across the car park dropped into the stream bed (dry) climbed up the other side. Wish I read the reviews first!
February 2023. This walk has been blocked off by a big gate, just as you return to Restaurant Mena. I will source an alternative route back in April/May. In the meantime, don’t use it as part of it seems to go through private land.
We did this today. Great hike but such a shame about the end of it blocked off as private land.. weird! We also found a way out across the dry river bed, climbed up a wall and made it back to the road.
